Depending on the question that possibility can be quite rare these days. If you ask “How does x work in this codebase?”, it will read a bunch of files and give you a very likely to be accurate answer. If your using a platform without that context and ask it something more abstract, well, your mileage will vary.

Not in most of Western and Central Europe. Everyone speaks great English.

It actually can be a problem because most people switch to English as soon as they realize your are not a native speaker, which can make learning harder.

You've cherry picked a very specific example that is designed to run in 3d engines. For anything rendering at standard OS api level level (the vast majority libs), accessibility is fine as evaluation criteria.

DeepSeek did something legitimately innovative with their addition of Group Relative Policy Optimization. Other firms are certainly free to innovate as well.

Doesn't seems so surprising to me. Most school shootings are perpetrated by those involved in the school community in some way. Similar domestic violence, humans are a lot more likely to commit these types of crimes against those they know personally.
