That's fine for your own domain, but I usually download my emails via IMAP and don't leave anything on the remote server.
Finally, do you really keep your emails?
Emails are ephemeral, often just informative, and if there's anything important, I process it and delete the email.
I may archive 'sentimental' emails, but I rarely search the archive as I mainly delete emails.
I have tried several non-apple systems with windows or Linux. No, sorry, but unless you want to go crazy behind the PC and/or operating system Apple wins hands down.
I am endlessly fascinated by how twitter has now become a dumping ground for complex topics that are difficult to read and follow. But what happened to the old blogs?
I'm a ux designer, as well as a photographer and keen with data curation. I believe that currently there is nothing like this and in the past I tried to design my vision for this kind of product. I'd happy to design and build if someone with technical skills can help me with the tech stack.
Thank God I would say that we can finally drive without the stress of shifting gears. Please don't pass off the idea that driving a car with a transmission is a nostalgic, 'mind-opening' thing that makes man more man and less machine. I love my Prius since 2010 and am now super happy with my electric Hyundai <3 Bye bye gearbox
- count calories (excel, numbers)

- drink water, not sugar drinks like zero coke/juice/coffee/whatever with fake sugar or sort of
- cook your own meals, and be gentle with olive oil and butter
I'm not fat but lost 3 kg in 2 month: Jan 2 I was 71kg, this morning I'm 67,9kg.
I'm eating everyday around 1900calories, just a bit lower than what I need, and slowly losing weight. My goals is being fit, and 65kg by Jul/Aug.
Thanks, and BTW I never asked about why I was downvoted.
People downvote just because they don't like my question because it sounds controversial? It's fine. This obsession with quantifying everything - life, likes, views, karma, upvotes, downvotes, page view, fitness data, health data - is typical of the mentality of the Lords of Silicon Valley. Thank you Morozov for enlightening me.
I have argued my question and told you my opinion on self logging and quantified self. I don't understand what else I should be asking.
I personally am a strong advocate of note-taking and agree with your post above. I myself have collected notebooks, and now they rest on a shelf gathering dust since I don't do anything with them except flip through them for nostalgia and look at my drawings/sketches.
I use Obsidian to collect the information I'm interested in and try to connect them together and I can research and connect the dots to form new ideas and I find the value in just connecting the ideas.
Collecting and not using notes can be as therapeutic as those notebooks with mandalas to color.
