I dug into this quite a bit for a while. A book that I found pretty good, albeit at times redundant, is "Say Goodnight To Insomnia". The author has studied sleep, specifically insomnia, for a good chunk of their life and uses CBT to conquer insomnia. The book also talks a bit about myths around sleep which I found interesting.

I found that in general, it was OK for pretty obvious things but sometimes it missed stuff such as: running a LIKE with wild card at the start, ie: "LIKE '%Luke%'". Running that wildcard in the start tends to make the optimizer do a full scan.
Otherwise, it did okay. Just ensure you give ChatGPT the schema as well for its best suggestion.
I didn't give up, the school I was attending had completely crap computer science program. The networks class was a HTML/CSS and PHP website. The other schools in my area for computer science is better but way too competitive, as in, could only accept 100 students a year, a school of 20,000 people attending. The only way for me to get going in learning is to learn on my own based off of online courses, tutorials and projects. What I did on my own was better and more relevant compared to the school I was going. I'll show my dedication to completing a problem by the projects I've completed, certificates I've achieved and the online courses I took on my own time. If anything, that should say to a hiring manager that I took responsibility of my own career and went above and beyond, that's an employee you'd want imo.
I'm with you, once I realized how much anxiety and self-loathing I experienced when on social media yet I was so addicted to it that I couldn't stop. I tore that band aid off, deleted all my social media accounts and I could not be happier. I did not realize how much more time I had without social media, how much more time I had to invest in myself, to achieve things I was happy with and was content without needing a numerical approval of the people in my life, the more 'in the moment and living' I was. I realized how much people thought they knew me because of my photos and posts until I was completely off social media. People become curious of what you've been up to and asked me how I was. I noticed how effective this is to build friendships and, this could be the people I surrounded myself with but people have forgot to ask how we each other how we are actually doing because we think we know based off of peoples social media. It's sad.
I've been off of social media for over a year and I don't regret it. I'm happy to miss an event because I wasn't on Facebook, it allowed me to see who actually wants me to be there versus those who just invite everyone in a group.
Maybe in the future, yes, but it's an iterative process to solve something big like robocalls. I haven't read too much about this yet but I would imagine there is some method of reporting numbers that abuse this feature.
I think the more concern is that it was withdrawn without notice to the account holder while denying it was PP who authorized it. I don't think the post was really worried about keeping the money but more or less, what if PayPal decided randomly to deduct a ton of money with no reason and no notification to the account owner?
There is nothing stopping you from doing all 3 independently or combined. Give your 110% if you decide to pick one to do currently, and maybe in a few years or a couple decades, transition to another one.
I found that when I stuck trying to decide what to do, I ended up not doing anything at all. I figured, if I just pick one, that is a start. There is nothing stopping me from leaving that industry/field and going into a different one, except myself. To solve problems requires action, go do something and then you'll figure out that that was not the solution.
It really depends on your definition. I can script and make programs, and do some OOP in several languages, but I wouldn't call myself a "developer". I'm more of a devops engineer with a database emphasis if anything. I know some other DBA's who have developed really cool things like Orchestrator who others might call them a developer but I don't think that is most DBA's primary focus. Albeit, this varies pretty greatly between companies.
How true is the no cap part?
