No paper trail? I'm pretty certain they already use email and digital documents. Allowing them to hotdesk (as this is essentially what it is) is hardly a way to prevent employees establishing a paper trail.

50% of those who voted, not of the population. The turnout was ~70%; of that ~51% voted to leave.
So for every 10 eligible voters, 7 bothered to turn up. Of those seven 3.5 voted to leave; 35% of the electorate voted leave unless my maths and assumptions are incorrect.
I haven't read the submission yet, neither am I fully up to speed on the topic, but I'm going to go all meta on you and ask what a pseudo-intellectual is?
I'm not an economist, but in simplistic terms if everyone was guaranteed X amount of income, wouldn't the price of everything go up by X amount - inflation?
How about making things like, food, clothing, healthcare, education, housing - basic human rights - universal for all instead?
People who evaluate the situation for themselves and cross on their own terms
What if you are someone who has evaluated the situation and decided that you will wait for the sign, or you will just cross as other people are doing so? How can you tell when someone has evaluated the situation and exhibited on of the above behaviours?
I'd be interested to know how Americans who live in countries with strict gun controls feel about not being able to carry a weapon? Do they feel any less safe?
