Don't know everyone's experience but Realtors show whatever house the client wants to visit and clients can and do find houses for them selves.

This 6 person development team is promoted by the Agile Industry. They say 6 people is a sweet spot, so that if someone goes on vacation then some other developer can "cover" them.

Anyway if you simply Google which streaming platforms pay artist the most Tidal tops the list all the time.
I plan to switch to Tidal. They pay artist the most. Only the top, top artist are making money on Spotify. I like to listen to indie/small label bands. I don't buy albums, go to concerts. Tidal seems to be the best way to support these artist.
If one strip employee wants to know another one go talk to them. An internal facebook will either be filled with corporate gibberish, empty, or cause someone to get fired.
It's not. Even if you walked to your job. The additional money you would pay in rent / time / uber is not worth it. Just buy a car unless you live in an actual pedestrian city.
