Atom has recently gained a significantly better support with the atom-elixir package. Adding language-elixir and linter-elixir packages creates a moderately enjoyable experience.

TcpKali mascot is an example of great visual identity for open source projects: kawaii-touched fearsome ancient god zapping servers. It's both memorable visual symbol and an apt metaphor for core feature (load generation).

Packet's 0 server is Atom C2550 and costs 36$/month.
Scaleway C2S server is the same Atom C2550 but it costs ~$13/month.
Scaleway C2M is C2750 which has twice as much cores and costs ~20/month, so I am not seeing how it is possible for Packet 0 server to be "much more performant" when in fact Packet's offering is so much weaker.
Stardog is great and would be even better with a friendly licensing policy towards indie developers. Their community version is too limited and enterprise version price is per server, contact sales. Current developer version is for testing only.
I would happily pay for a developer license or something like that.
This applies only for a diminishingly small amount of large corporations and is not applicable to absolute majority of HN startups/bootstraps/side projects.
