FWIW my uncle still runs cinemaparadiso.co.uk - the last DVD rental service in the UK and possibly wider afield, in case anyone would like to explore the catalog.
Would be nice to allow going back a step / modifying previously entered fields. Also keyboard navigation to progress is funky (entering a url, pressing tab and then space, closes the first tab in my Chrome browser).
The details are required for compliance (Anti Money Laundering, etc) purposes. We're looking at asking for a lot of this data later on in the process and not front load it so much. For example have a demo env and when ready, complete form and book for real.
Great suggestion on the rate visibility pre-sign up. It's something a few people have mentioned, we'll be working on that this week.

2) The C's. Helvetica = flat endings not slanted

One minor point I'd raise with the .co is a while ago I read (on HN I think) that one a particular startup had a lot of feedback from users saying "you're missing an 'm' in your logo/url". It might confuse some people that aren't familiar with how ccTLD/gTLD's work.
If you've come across this before, forgive the pestering, I just thought it was fair to point out before you've launched.
