Having spent the last 2-3 months working excessively on WordPress development, I would like to say a word about the excellent isolation of code with blocks ("Gutenberg"). As standalone plugins or in combination with Advanced Custom Fields, these allow for perfect, modular websites and development flows (design system), where even the HTML is 100% in your own hands. I can recommend everyone to understand and learn WordPress properly.

In the past 12 months, we've released security enhancements and new product features such as Confluence guests, progressive delivery and security in Jira Software, and advanced incident and change management in Jira Service Management.
We use https://github.com/architect/architect for provisioning and deployment of the functional web app via GitHub Actions (…whenever they work — availability was not that great the recent weeks)
Good question! AWS is currently getting a mess for us.
We're facing an auto scaling spot instance bug (it's definitely one) and we're trying since 3 days to contact anybody from them to get our business back on to the road!
We're now forced to sign-up for a paid support plan. Nevertheless, they already breached the SLA of 12 hours, it's really frustrating...
First thought after 5 years of paying them a lot of money to migrate somewhere else (e.g. Google).
It's always ciritcal if you lose your customer contact by implementing strange support barriers to earn 3$ more.
Amazon has more possiblities to run a really huge cluster and balance the different load peaks of the search nodes. The whole business model of AWS is based on this... but you're right as well, price isn't everything and comfort worth money. And yes, I love RDS as well, especially Aurora... it's a great deal!
