Hardware is pretty much just try it and see if it works. Drivers supported are pretty much just what virtualbox/qemu use. https://gitlab.redox-os.org/redox-os/drivers Things like e1000. Many Thinkpads work.

As a lefty thinkpad enthusiast I'm really disappointed the trackpoint module only works on the right half of the keyboard.
