Your comment prompted me to do some research on that line to Poland.
According to sources I've found (all in Polish, so I'm not linking them here), this 220kV line Between Bialostok and Rossj was built in 1962 and is out of use since 2004. The power to the region is delivered by 100kV lines which are not shows on this map.
There was an idea to build a new one double 400kV line to import energy from Belarus but nothing going on so far.
I highly recommend following Camille Fournier's blog, she writes/speaks extensively about being a technical leader and CTO. Priceless lecture especially that it comes from someone very experienced.
If you were not working actively on this project for last 4 years because the timing was wrong then don't talk about it. Just don't.
Inactive projects don't matter while talking about it can give an impression that you were struggling for way too long didn't get far with it.
Sidenote: please clearly explain what you're doing on top of the page (above "the fold"). Each section should be explained in writing, not just a video.
Including "for investors" section also looks incredibly weird to me...
What about using Tails instead of Whonix?
I think all this travel makes it easy to spot you on cameras (traffic, random street cams, etc) which may help to identify.
I would go of less travel (maybe buy everything in close distance but far away/unconnected to your main residence)
