Would love to read more about how you have mobx structured here. I have a similar graph of mobx objects for something I’m building but haven’t come up with an ergonomic sync story yet.
I'd highly encourage anyone interested in the contents of this article/learning about learning to read through the submitter's blog: https://www.justinmath.com/blog/
I don't even think it makes them look ancient, it makes them look odd for claiming that when they clearly are not the first open source IAC framework...
OP, why exactly are you describing yourself as the first one?
PA, for example where I went to school, was still nearly $20k/year for tuition at the flagship state schools. I know a lot of people in-state that ended up with over $100k debt.
I've had the same experience. I'd select the cheapest possible chicken breast from Whole Foods and they replace it with air chilled, free range chicken breast. The difference in cost was quite significant per pound.
The fare for NYC is incorrect -- $2.50 is the base price and $0.505/mile and $0.50/minute the car is stopped (i.e. in traffic if they're waiting). There's also a $1 surchage between 4-8pm on the weekdays.

Which part? Letrozole, anastrozole, and exemestane (the three biggest AIs) are all incredibly effective at keeping estrogen levels within range given a knowledgable doctor providing supervision.
The biggest problem is that there is a lot of taboo with testosterone treatments and finding a doctor that keeps up to date with the research is incredibly difficult depending on where you are located.
Any particular reason you don't have Infiniband on these for interconnects?
Having this chassis with Infiniband and a local disk would be a dream if the manufacturing cost is right as we scale up in our local datacenter where I'm at.
If you're already at normal testosterone levels and decide to take a supraphysiological dose (500 mg/wk of enanthate), you will have to go through post cycle therapy (PCT) when you're finished. PCT restarts your natural testestorone production. You'd take something like Nolvadex for four weeks with a tapering dosage.
The side effects of exogenous testosterone are far over blown, especially at a TRT level dosage (about 200 mg/week depending on the ester used). Many of the side effects can be managed by using medication such as Arimidex.
