Most of the apples in grocery stores have been in storage for months since most are harvested in fall and have been sprayed with diphenylamine (DPA), an antioxidant that slows the development of black patches on the skin. DPA is banned in the EU because a byproduct of it when it breaks down, nitrosamine, is a carcinogen.
I love apples, but since finding this out, I try to avoid eating them out of season.

The fact that it is 55 and the mealier, less tart, less sweet Gala apples are 70 tells me we have very different tastes.
It is closer to a Honeycrisp, which they have as 91 and I grab when Ambrosias are unavailable.

I wonder how long this been in the works, and is this playing catch-up to ClickUp and Notion? I find Trello's UX much more responsive and their apps much more functional. However limiting the new features (timeline view with swim lanes!) to the paid plan might stifle growth.
This is a common and dangerous misconception. Wearing a seatbelt causes you to be a projectile that bounces around the car, into other people. YouTube "not wearing a seatbelt" and you'll never not wear one again when others are in the car.
Exactly. This is where sketchnoting / graphic recording can be extremely beneficial. It's also fun and I'm far more likely to review handwritten notes that contain graphics organized in however manner I wish, versus a chunk of typed out near verbatim top to bottom text.
As you progress in visual note taking you can develop a shorthand, a library of icons you repeatedly use and can sketch out quickly.
Good point about not being rated back! For me, I like that AirBnB's are available in much more locations, and often at a lower cost. And for longer stays, it's nice having a kitchen which not all hotels have, and when they do you pay a hefty premium for it.
It's not for everyone, but the hourly cost for a therapist is typically between $90-$200.
Also these new services could be covered under some insurance programs (I'm curious for some data points here).
