I'm a passive reader here, but I wanted to say thank you to all of you who share their knowledge and wisdom and help me to learn new things on a daily basis.
The comments here are almost always more informative than the link itself.

Few thoughts,
In my opinion, leaders communicate the mission, vision and values, but never clearly communicate the strategy.
The strategy for each department and team and it’s sub-teams with-in an org will be different. This has to be communicated at all levels to have the entire workforce work towards the single mission.
in fact I think of it the other way around. By not providing a daycare, they would want their working parents to go home on time. Having a daycare at work provides excuse to drop kids at care and work late evenings.
Every app, for some unexplained reason, wants full access to my phone. This is a huge security/privacy problem for me. I think web apps can solve this problem.
