The food industry makes us sick (meat full of anti biotics etc. killing good and bad gut bacteria) and the pharma industry makes the money (anti depressants etc.). Nobody wants you either dead or living. The industry wants you on the edge. Then you are a money machine for them.
Everybody should evaluate their blood results once every month and get a copy of it. At home, graph your blood data in Excel/whatnot. Eat healthy, live healthy, look how your blood results change. Zinc deficit is also very important to treat, as it keeps the whole immune system running etc.
As long everybody seems to only want to find "the right anti depressant" the pharma industry laughs its ass of for the fools not treating the root problems.
Do they mix up cause and result? Inflammation causes depression, not the other way around. Zinc deficit can drop the IQ by 15 points and causes all sorts of inflammations on the whole body, weaken mucous membrane, the immune system can barely work. That this isn't healthy for the brain shouldn't wonder anyone...

And by "helping to understand introversion" I would suggest to first check your own MBTI personality type and - if possible - let your social partners do the test as well. But as I know Extraverts, they don't give a shit about "deeper" stuff. So the interaction stays superficial and I just stopped caring how they interpret my behaviour.
I really like the idea, why not hack a scripting engine to add bindings to itself, e.g. in Duktape JavaScript engine. Then a JavaScript function could use the C-API of Duktape to generate AST's at runtime for itself. But I think the VM would be the limit then... support for coroutines etc.
