There shouldn't be a central bank in the first place. The government should not be a "lender of last resort," nor should it be allowed create a fiat currency and require people to accept it.

I like how the answer for meddling that causes problems is more meddling that is going to cause other problems. Maybe we shouldn't be listening to the major player who screwed our monetary policy for 20 years.
I'm not sure why Google would care as they don't have a product competing with C#, although the two companies definitely compete in more and more areas. For Jon Skeet, the only thing he loses is the free software from Microsoft, as his reputation in the C# community right now is much higher than that of your average MVP.
