This is something I've started trying to implement w marching cubes, but looking at what you're doing, tetras makes a lot more sense!
Curious why there are tetrahedral artifacts? I'd have thought marching tetras should yield roughly the same tessellation as mcubes? Also, I couldn't find the Geom->.OBJ button!
Arright.. so.. I worked at maxis at the time simcopter and the early prototypes that would become The Sims, were being developed. I wrote a proof of concept function to render smooth shaded terrain.. and I also indirectly contributed another ideas.. at the time there was an app called SimBush that would make simulated George Bush speeches by cutting up audio samples and stringing sections together to make Bush speeches. I think it was Bush Sr. Everybody was super amused by that.. then another thing I mentioned that I had made for a space simulation was the idea of stringing together consonant-vowel pairs to make names for alien races that sounded believable. At the time there was a really smart programmer there doing the character and behavior sim for "dollhouse" aka what became the Sims.. and he ran with the idea and showed some prototypes with audio babble construction via similar mechanisms.. but using speech chopped into small consonant vowel pairs. I think this may have been the progenitor of what was eventually formalized into Simlish.
Yeah it really is insane. I have folders where I will be looking at the file and no search expression will show it. It has been like that for a while. Stunningly bad.
Shaderfrog is more geared towards shaders you can actually use in realtime effects for webgl. Shadertoy otoh is really high end proof of concept and high art focussed. That said. I have managed to use some shaders from shadertoy in different tests of mine..

Looks to me like some kind of holder for magnifying lenses? The different diameters on the faces could be different focal strengths and the knobs raise it above the subject enough to put the subject in focus?

Looks like a play on "shuffle off this mortal coil" which doesn't mean standing on, and then shuffling away from.. it means removing the mortal coil, that is coiled around you, tying you to the earth.
