Yeah it's an Event Notification that triggers lambda that acts on the bucket, i had to give it permissions to the bucket so i guess it's outside it :). We'll see!
Yeah I agree. We're currently using it to dump images as originals into a bucket at a path.. then the aws lambda function attached generates all the thumbnails.
These spikes are in a nook above the office at work. They help hold the bird nest there perfectly, and actually seem to make nesting easier. I could see them keeping away large birds, but for their intended use case, they just made it easier for nests to be put where they otherwise might not stay.
That said, I don't mind it, watching the birds is fun.
Every feeling you are having will pass. Make small steps toward your goal, interview, and try to let it go. Debt doesn't need to be resolved immediately, creditors will work with you if you make an effort to pay.
As for "burden while looking for a job", that is something you are carrying with you and perhaps into your interviews. You need to put your true, best face forward, and you will settle this with time.
In the meantime, to cover debt, any income helps. You might find waiting tables or something on weekends easily adds $2-3k a month to your income.
A lot of people work a part time job, or work 2 remote jobs at the same time. Not necessarily recommending this approach, but i've worked with people that were doing it, including one right now.
If they drive leads, they can capture a percentage of leads they generate for in house agents. This is why Zillow went commission split on transactions, it’s much more lucrative once you have a lead pipeline.
I would have loved to see Tesla provide us mail carriers with something like this. Maybe next cycle, those things get terrible mileage, and do a lot of braking that could be regened.
It's easy to say, but if you are focusing on what worries you, without doing anything to work toward or resolve what is worrying you, it's really just wasted mental energy. Once you can be honest with yourself about having done everything you possibly/reasonably can to mitigate whatever you are worrying about, then you can let it go.
I do a stair climber, 2000 steps 5 days a week. I think this has a pretty good mix of cognitive and aerobic, I switch it up to skip steps, and stuff like that. I've not really noticed a huge change in energy, but resting heart rate etc have dropped considerably in the last year. I recommend a combo of this with a podcast to stave off the boredom. Mental clarity wise, I feel like your brain and body need the elevated heart rate etc, and this link seems to back it up.
Depends. It sure is nice to write helper functions that I can import on the serverside js and in the client side. Also if you use next or nuxt or something like that you get universal rendering, which is nice. Totally depends on your use case.
You just have to keep an eye on your client bundle size if these shares functions ref something like underscore, moment or something like that where you’re pulling in the entire thing for one function. I’m aware you can just pick pieces with {} and import, but not everyone is aware and often require the entire thing.
