I have heard good things about the nexus screen, and also bad things, because of the unique pixel placement.
Maybe blame the manufacturers for not talking about the droids PPI, whereas Apple has made it a major talking point. This is why this is such a big issue.
And talking about the reality distortion field just makes you sound ignorant. A lot of people like Apple because they produce great hardware and software, so they trust them. Other companies have had such trust and blown it.
Pixar targets the lowest common denominator, and make movies (I am not insulting them, their movies are amazing, and also target an intelligent audience).
Ren & Stimpy creators made TV shows, and targeted a niche or clever teens who enjoy being grossed out.
The UK is starting to look better, now the conservatives are in, and the abolished their card. The first people that were going to be affected, were foreign nationals, they all had to have id cards, and carry them at all times.
It is funny that the conservatives come in, and have actually made the UK a better place, but of course that might be just to save money.
This is true, but Apple has a lot of money, and the recent two buys of chip companies hasn't made a great deal of sense.
Sure, they use these companies, but it means they no longer can get the best designs from any company, they are limited to the companies they own. In many ways, a disadvantage, whereas there is loads of money being poured into ARM designs now.
I would say yes, the vast majority. Of legal music buyers anyway.
Apple is has been the biggest music seller in the US for the last 2 years, it is now bigger than the next 2, Walmart and best Buy. It has over 27% of the market. Amazon is at something like 7% for digital+cds.
It is amazing, yes. But it hasn't just turned up last week.
From calculators, to ediaries, to original Palm with its 25Mhz Dragonball Processor, iPaq with its 200mhz processor, the iPhone with 600mhz processor, and now 1Ghz in this android phone.
He wasn't doing arbitrage. He was investing in companies in that he thought were going up in stock price. Clearly he was researching different companies, and finding ones that he thought would do well in the future, but most people hadn't noticed yet. Then he would buy into them, and wait for them to hit it big, then cash out. This is not arbitrage, this is straight out investing.
You shouldn't be investing this way, if you need to get your money back in the short term. Only invest in companies if you can afford to leave that money there, for a reasonable period of time, possibly years.
Really? The first thing I though was that it was a cheap chinese copy of a macbook, just as they copy the iPhone. It is not as sleek as a macbook.
Lets see if they get the track pad right. One of the greatest features of the macs is the huge, multi-touch track pad, better than the mouse for a lot of things.
Exactly, someone who gets it. Apple may have lost millions of dollars because of this release. It is so hard tell the loss due to this. It certainly makes Apple security methods seem inept. Leaks are something Apple control very precisely, this is a huge slap in the face to they way they normally do things.
I could not believe it if this guy was not fired. It would appear to be a huge slackening of Apples usual style.
