You are right!
IT is going to kill itself with the pressure it puts its engineers. I for one stopped worrying and taking low end positions such as tech support / customer support instead of my experience in software developement. If I apply for a job nowadays they want me to do tech and business operations along with software engineering, and I hate taking homework home so I choose low level positions since I don't want to die of a stroke and have more time for myself
