Are you guys getting a tax write off for the charitable donations from the surplus pool? If so, wouldn't that give Lemonade a financial incentive to decline payouts in favor increasing your bottom line and therefore negate the idea of having no stake in paying out legitimate claims?
During the last flare up with Hezbollah, my friends in the Haifa suburbs told me that there were some gag orders on some rockets that landed near them to prevent Hezbollah from knowing that they had successful hits. But I suppose the rockets of Hamas vs Hezbollah would be different.
EDIT: Seems like their rockets are reaching Tel Aviv so I guess they aren't as crude as they used to be...
We're a small business and we use CapsuleCRM. It took me a long time to find a simple CRM that did what we needed. Just Google around, there are others that are made for small businesses.
The arrival times listed on the website are likely just timetable times. Until the MTA releases real time data, I wouldn't depend too heavily on scheduled train times (especially during rush hour).
