If the password is truly random (and uses the entire keyspace - upper/lower/number/symbol) then 18 characters is fantastically long. At 1 trillion guesses per second it takes ~1.3 Trillion Centuries to exhaustively search the 18 character key space that uses all four things (upper/lower/number/symbol)
