That is very interesting. Would you mind testing the same prompt with Claude Sonnet 3.5 and Opus? If not available to you, would you be willing to share the prompt/question? Thank you.
Has anyone seen an implementation of 'SpQR: A Sparse-Quantized Representation,' published in June 2023 by Tim Dettmers et al.? https://arxiv.org/abs/2306.03078
Regarding the use of the Apple Neural Engine (ANE) for ML tasks: yes, it is closed source for direct access. However, reports indicate that it supports only forward propagation (without backward propagation) and offers a relatively limited set of supported precisions [1]. Should the API ever be opened, the ANE's primary use case would likely shift towards inference rather than training.
Not sure how many have discovered but ChatGPT works well with many languages, for example asking a question in estonian gives an adequate answer in estonian, just the grammar is a tiny bit more off.
Youtube Premium is a perfect proposition for an easy ad free streaming to TV and to mobile. On Desktop browser adblock extension is efficient enough to cut out the ads.
Google search on the other hand is primarily for desktop and is not a streaming platform that consumes your attention minutes, hence Google Premium has little market with effective adblockers.
Yes, if you don't type frantically at the same time on your mechanical keyboard and keep it at the right distance by stacking ~20 cm worth of books :)
In all seriousness I had it, the sound is good but had the physical usability issues. Had two, the USB port seemed to die after ~1-2 years of active use but that's the lifespan of these devices anyway.
Which EU countries have net salary in their employment contracts?
Employment contracts in Germany have gross salary (Bruttogehalt), all the social security, healthcare and taxes will be deducted from that amount.
Estonian employment contracts are a bit of a mix: the amount listed is gross (brutopalk), but the employer pays an additional 33+% on top of that gross salary for social security etc.
Yeah, the original Percona FDW hasn't been active for a while, only had a few commits after the first release and was missing quite a few features. Also doesn't support anything more recent than Postgres 11.
So the "adjust" CH FDW is the only usable choice today, thankfully quite actively maintained, primarily by the Adjust devs. I'd presume it's used for their production load.
I did like the Pentel Energel 0.7mm a lot, until tried to cut waste and use the refills. Turns out the rubber and plastic becomes loose over time, for about the time you want to use the 3rd refill.
So I dropped the idea, bought 2 Lamy Safari fountain pens to rotate when one goes empty, 1 pot of Diamine ink, 1 blunt-tipped syringe to refill and never had to think about this topic again :)
