Ghost kitchens are a good idea if they actually make good food.

I think it makes sense for existing restaurants with a large takeout business to operate from a separate kitchen. But it needs to be a similar menu and same quality.
I’m not going to pick a random pizza place because it has an Italian sounding name. I will either order from a usual place or do a bit of research before ordering something special.
