The new law has been signed by the president of Uganda, so it's running.
Can this triggers a lot of legit (or not legit, too) request for asylum?
I mean, I can imagine that several may queuing right now in front of foreign embassies in Kampala asking for asylum.

I always think, in their minds they are outraged about the implication of m->f transgender using the f changing room, but now as a direct consequence of their law they are going to get f->m transgender using the f changing room.

Is there cases of f->m transgender using their superior size to rape people? I genuinely don't know.
But I don't think f->m are the problem. They still have a feminine body and it's still a fair fight in body size comparison.
It's the same as the sports argument. The bigger problem is the larger, masculine bodies now dominating women's sports.
I don't think many worry about the smaller bodies in sports where everyone is the same size or bigger than them.

My 2 cent is that no big 'traffic' will end up in tribunals: what I am really scared now are mobs: the idiots have no idea of what this can trigger
(I am in Kampala now, and to be honest a bit scared to take the street tomorrow: a little misunderstanding and you may end up beaten up pretty bad)
Worth mentioning that in Uganda there some brand new built so called "oil roads" (roads here are pretty bad, but these 'oil road' are super highways): so good you so not easily see in rich countries, with people living in huts on the side with no waters (apart from the oil traffic, the other relevant traffic are people walking with 15 liters water jerrycans on the head: the Oil is extracted (sit down before listening) in a national park (!!), and is extracted by French Total, taken to Tanzania for refinery (almost the other side of the country)... ah, and the road (perfect, btw) built by Cina.... and let's not talk about education (public schools are irrelevant and so bad that anybody, even the very poors, invest on private schools education: which, bwt, are at every corner! the majority run by religious groups that, as we all know, have zero interest to promote public schools)
The Uganda'scontext is really absurd for any even superficial eye: there is enough to make anybody scream for the idiocy, so a perfect "let's talk about something else" was more then necessary!
