1. Extremely crowded space.
2. It will never scale with manual match making. Compare the costs of an algorithm versus a room full of real people who need salaries.
3. One small feature difference is not enough to differentiate you from competitors. Why would people switch to your service?
Not to come of harsh, but I think that's the reality.

We are in the age where instant gratification is everything. People want everything now. While you may be able to provide that in the beginning it is nearly impossible to scale. And as sad as it may sound, I think most people just have "I want an answer now" mentality versus "I will wait a couple days to find out my compatibility"
Plenty of people are doing this. You'll have to charge high prices to make it worthwhile to you and them. Very competitive.
A site where you submit your profile, pics, and answer some questions about yourself and the type of person you're looking for.
But instead of being posted on the site, your profile is reviewed by an actual "matchmaker" and they decide who to match you up with.
Once the match is made, the two of you get to see each other's profiles and decide if you want to go out on a date.
It takes the pressure off of that initial contacting phase and gives it a sense of authority since an actual matchmaker hooked you up.
What do you think? An idea worth pursuing or not?
