I came up with judg.me because I noticed how most of us often wonder not about how "hot" we look, but how others perceive us. E.g. how differently would you be perceived if you had a faux hawk as opposed to being bald? Do those glasses make you look more "nerdy"?

In the interest of usability, users can currently be judged on only 2 scales (or "continuums"): the social scale (introvert->extrovert) and the intellectual scale (dense->smart). Users judge you based on how sociable and intellectual they think you are.

I'd appreciate any comments or feedback. Thanks.

hotornot lets users rate others based on their attractiveness.

judg.me lets users judge others, not on how attractive they look, but on their perceived social and intellectual capacities.

Looking at the scatterplot data, I'm wondering about the actual value of the scoring or the site in general. People are all over the map on most photos I browsed (the scatter plots look like shooting targets with points everywhere around the axes).

Interesting experiment. You might consider revamping the controls to something less like a graph and more like two sliders with Introvert/Extrovert and "Smart/Dense" as the scales. The graph model makes me not want to push it to the extremes for some reason (not necessarily because of the pictures).
