Also it's basically impossible to verify. If you want to collect large amounts of behavioral data, found a VPN company.

However, it sounds like VPN Unlimited advertised using their service to access torrent trackers, probably making themselves vulnerable to the same arguments as in MGM Studios, Inc. v. Grokster, Ltd.
