You lasted longer than I did.
Seasoned interviewers are happy to let their guests talk at length, while taking notes, because if the interviewer is adversarial it gives them more to work with. This was as bad as Fox News. It’s not even adversarial, it’s “I’ve got my agenda and if you don’t reply in 5s I will shout you down to restate it!”
Also why did they cut to Gordon Ramsay watching?

The Monacelli guy comes across pretty badly
If it were a contest for 'making a bad impression', the guy who spoke after him literally went on a five minute rant advocating nazism."Who do we cheer for in this situation?"
"Oh we don't recommend that."

wow who cares about what they chose to talk about lol
isn't the entire service compromised? who cares about this microcosm of drama, why would the ceo even engage with these losers as opposed to say... Congress?

The Monacelli guy comes across pretty badly up to that point, continuously interrupting the CEO guy, won't let the guy provide any context when he tries to respond, etc. :(
Seems like he just wants to browbeat the CEO, and not engage at all.
That being said, the video goes 10x as long. Maybe he settles down and has an actual conversation (no idea).
