What should I do? I run a small company that ships water saving
toilets. Today, I set up shipping through frieghtquote.com. I was
charged $400 last night for the shipment. I looked at the Bill of
Lading today before the shipment was to be sent and saw they had put
the incorrect address for pick up. I asked my representative to change
the address and about twenty minutes later I received 5 additional
separate charges totaling around $1000. Plus I now have 1 overdraft
fee and several more seem to be in the works.
Obviously I don't have that much money and I need that money in my
account plus the overdraft fees. I called my representative and she
was blatantly rude and still hasn't called me back after 2 hours. I
called customer service twice and talked to two different people. They
have not called me back. I need that money back today and all they
said was they could put the money back into the account in 3 business
days. I have already cancelled my card, so this plan does not even
work. I have also lost much of this day working on this situation.
Does anyone have any input for how to solve this situation in timely
fashion. Does anyone have any input for how to solve this situation in
timely fashion. How do you a get a larger business to take you seriously
when you aren't one of their "main accounts". This isnt the first time
this has happened with a larger company which is why I am asking.
