This a meaningless post. Nobody can argue here in favor of professor without getting istaflagged and banned. So what is the point? Just mutual admiration in conformity?
LinkedIn is pure cancer. They actively tempt you to message your contacts in a way where you think that the recepient would welcome your message right now but it's an opposite situation. This at best creates a communication gap and is at worst rude and might break up communication.
I'm shocked that Microsoft which is primarily bases on trust as far as corporate stuff is concerned went for linkedin. I hope they sell them or just burn them.

I don't disagree with you on Anny point but you cheat when you say you want to run it on phone. Windows Phone was a miles ahead of droid and iOS and lost only due to the anti-microsoft culture of silicon valley. (Unless you want torun windows desktop on phone in which case just buy a netbook)

On that note github needs to merge wiki has a feature rather than a tack on. http://github.com/yearoflinux/DesktopInfinity/wiki should actually be a folder rather than a separate repo. What this means is that all my contributions to wiki would be versioned and wiki won't fall out of date. Perhaps add a mechanism to auto-approve all commits that only touch the said path.
As someone who has always made fun of "year of linux on desktop", I want to say this move will finally pave a way for the next decade to end with "year of linux on mobile". Using a popular distro will be the push linux needed on phone. While Manjaro users themselves (IMHO) aren't really developers, this is gateway to get Arch people involved. Arch is a very vibrant community with a lot of people who try to contribute back. Good decision. Can't wait to use netcat for quick chat with friends :)
(PS: I know supremacists will claim Android is linux but the thing about supremacists is they no real ideals so they will ignore how close Android is)
