Interesting concept, I have never seen this before. I currently use another task management tool to manage my household tasks, being able to take a photo and turn it into a task would come in very useful.

When getting to multi-level complexity like your example projects are, why wouldn't you use a solution which can handle more complexity such as MS Project?
