For many, the new year will be a time to launch new businesses. In this fast paced Web 2.0 digital world, we don't have time to create big binder sized business plans before we get started. Here are the specific action items to take, and a free template you can use to get those new businesses launched in 2008.
I think the answer will depend on a clear definition of your goals, such as your revenue goals, how you see people using your software (and what you want to allow them to do with it) and exit strategy.
You may just want to build a good API to make it easy for hackers to customize and extend if you decide not to release the source.
I can't wait to try this thing out. Currently, I love to read eBooks on my Pocket PC before going to sleep. The only problem is that sometimes, with a good page turner, I may not sleep at all!
