the problem with NOT fixing the layout issues is the negative reviews on amazon... which hurts sales. Ever see an amazon book that's well rated for print and poorly rated for the kindle? happens a lot and amazon combines the reviews into both books. Unfair and the authors can do nothing!
i agree with you but i also understand the authors. there are trolls on reddit and other places that promote not buying the book and getting it off bittorrent.

Yup, there is no way would those data protection commissioners ever, ever be corrupted through offers of money or secret threat like any other civil servant, political appointee, or corporate drone. Those people are perfect!
