I do things and I say stuff. Sometimes I say stuff while I'm doing things (multitasking) and, on occasion, I am simultaneously neither doing a thing nor saying stuff. If that happens just give it a minute, eventually I'll do something.. or start saying stuff.
Im a GrapheneOS user and I don't care what they want to say about it, what's on my phone is as private as what's in my head, and you can't have that either! If he was smart enough to let the agents type in the pin themselves then they're the ones who wiped the phone, not him.
I switched from 4.8 to 5 yesterday and I'd have to say that I've noticed an improvement, though not hugely perceptible, the model seems to want to do more work per turn, possibly a tiny bit faster, and little less verbose when it isnt necessary to be so. Anthropic says it is more token-efficient, I hope that's true because I intend to use it over 4.8 from now on. I haven't even tried Fable yet. Opus has always performed well enough that I don't really yearn for more.. unless it was the same price.. which it isn't so.. no need.
This is really very fascinating. I had no idea the public school system had failed so badly. Vocabulary must have been dropped to make room for more social training. You're doing great, though. A shining example!

If you're going to be coding A LOT just go for Claude Max. I think it's $200 now (I got in back when it was $100) I never see limits and I use Claude Code pretty much constantly. On the other hand, I still use Opus 4.8 .. maybe Fable would hit the Max plan limit.. not sure. Max plan is sweet though
Technically, we don't even have AI yet. What we have are extremely clever language models (token predictors). Just ask a model yourself, but not a frontier model, run a local model with absolutely no system prompt except for an instruction to not pretend to be human, now ask it about it's 'consciousness'. It will explain in its own words why that is not in the realm of possibility.
