Founding and running a startup is a lot of determination and perseverance, as we all know. It goes beyond gender, in my opinion. It is about who you are, as a 'self', as a 'character'. It's a test of one's inner strength. Am a woman founder. In my startup journey, I realised it is important to focus outside the 'I' / 'me'.

the fundamental blocking issue might be that we all think that 'flow' is not in our capability, & that it is possible only for a blessed few. I've penned my thoughts on it in a post I wrote sometime here
