There is also some guidance that you should give it 3-4 hours after waking to have your first coffee, as it gives your natural cortisol a chance to do it's thing (caffeine supposedly uses similar mechanisms and blocks your cortisol).
We use TeamViewer which offers multiple user keyboard and mouse control and it is awesome. We can pair or mob and handover control instantly, we usually set a 5-7 minute timer and rotate through the team to keep everyone engaged.
We predominantly pair and mob in our team, if anything I feel closer during WFH as we actually mob more as we no longer have to find suitable mobbing or pairing spaces.

If it's heavier it's actually more stable because it's harder to move a heavier object. But maybe you mean that a heavier craft is slower to stabilise?
