Hey HN,
Oli here, Software Engineer for 7+ years now,
I've been building developer courses for my open learning platform and decided to open-source all the lesson content.
What's inside:
- 15 React courses (hooks deep dive, server components, performance, testing, patterns...)
- 6 Next.js courses (app router, API patterns, i18n, auth, optimization)
- 4 TypeScript courses (advanced types, architecture, production patterns)
- All with TypeScript code examples and links to official docs
- More courses on modern technos
The repo is organized by technology → course → section, each lesson is a clean markdown file you can read directly on GitHub.
What content I'm planning to add:
- Skills roadmaps
- Public technical tests repositories
- Most famous newsletters per technos
- Am I missing something?
I've built this completely free project for React devs regardless your skills,
Lessons and exercises either on the web or embedded in your IDE (VsCode / Cursor / Antigravity / Windsurf),
I'm improving the courses and UX every day,
Would love your feedback!
Hey!
I'm Oli, Senior software engineer working with React for some years now,
With the AI era, I'm spending some time waiting for AI code generation and less time learning stuffs on StackOverflow, blogs etc,
So I thought about this solution to keep learning new React concepts, the lessons and exercises I've made are for junior to senior devs,
I've added some React19 courses, it's super new and I know it's not 100% perfect for now but I would love your feedback to improve it and build a project people love,
Hey :) Actually if you signup you will be able to follow som technos included in your own stack so you will have only relevant tips regarding your stack.
I hope my answer feet your needs, feel free to ask me more if needed :) !
Hello :) Thanks for your feedback ! Actually it will not teach you how to code but it's more a currated list of coding concepts shared by other developers in your tech stack. you have a direct access to coding concepts in your tech stack, of course not all of them will be new to you but you will be able to learn coding tips :)
I have added a button to support Stanza here on HN because I thought that people will think to upvote Stanza if they like it instead of just passing through. Getting upvotes on HN is a nice chance to get more developers on the website and with this button you can directly upvote the project :)
I hope I have answered your questions, feel free to ask me more if not ! :)
Hello ! :) Thanks for your feedback, this website is for developers only, you can follow some technos and get access to coding concepts of your tech stack. you are totally right that you will not properly LEARN how to code but you will learn concepts in your stack and you will have to do the job to do deeper in each of these concepts.
Stanza help you to access directly to coding concepts, you can judge on your own if these concepts are not interesting regarding your tech stack and your coding knowledge but this curated list of concepts cans ave your a lot of time :)
I hope I have answered your question, feel free to ask me more it will be a pleasure for me to answer you !
Hey :) !
Yhanks for you comment, Acutally I have added this button to upvote for my project on HN directly from my website, nothing to do with a CSRF attack :) Maybe I should change it to the url of HN but I thought that people would not fin my project directly...
And for the github permission, we only provide a sign up through Oauth using github because it is a way for us to have only developers on the website, we request to access users' data in order to automatically create a profile (I think it is boring to enter by hand you personnal data)... We take email, first_name, last_name, bio, and avatar.
I hope I have answered your questions, fell free to ask me more if it's not the case ! It's the first time I am posting here on HN :)
