The adjusted price of a share of MSFT on 6/25/87 was $0.37. Had they received $14m in Microsoft stock, almost 38 million shares would be worth about $2B today.
Interesting - I wonder if it's your location. I used it a few months ago (I'm in NJ) and it worked great. Price was way under TrueCar, and going into the dealer was horrible. Only downside was I had to drive an hour away to get the car but was in and out in 30 minutes.
Imagine running trucks 24 hours a day. With no sleep constraints, you can move almost twice as much stuff with the same # of cars. Increase utilization and speed which would have great impacts on efficiency.
I'm amazed no one has commented on the fact that the pool of potential entrepreneurs under the age of 25 is incredibly small (most kids ages 0-18 aren't out there starting companies, and a big chunk are in college) versus if you're 50+ there is a much bigger pool (reasonably ages 50-75) and you probably have the means and connections to be more successful.
