I got bad speed even with perfect signal in malls and any place that is more crowded than a Costco. Google Fi doesn't have that problem. I blame it on T-mobile but I would rather Google Fi survives.
I have also found this as well. CLI outputs text and input text in an interactive manner, exactly the way that is most conducive to text-based-text-trained LLM.
I do believe that as vision/multi-modal models get to a better state, we would see even crazier interaction surfaces.
RE: duckdb. I have a wonderful time with ChatGPT talking to duckdb but I have kept it to inmemory db only. Do you set up some system prompt that tell it to keep a duckdb database locally on disk in the current folder?

While True, I believe the reason Monodraw doesn't expand is because the ASCII / TUI tooling economy is not rewarding. There are few users and even fewer customers who are willing to pay for ASCII/TUI tools.
We dive into the long tail quickly. I would be very surprised if Monodraw make more than 1M a year. At that revenue, it's going to be hard to expand into a multi-platform / web strategy (especially if your existing product is platform-locked).
I have always found Bitwarden to be the best one after trying many alternatives. One thing that stood out is how its phone app works seamlessly with FaceID/Fingerprint. From logged out to login is as smooth as allowing your phone to use biometrics.
Bitwarden seems to be getting updates often as well which I value in a security conscious product.

What I am looking for is actually something much simpler. I have a laptop and a desktop. I want to click a button to switch between them for the same set of monitors and USB-connected devices.
The USB-connected devices is ok since I can use a USB switcher. But I can't figure out how to switch my monitors' input sources without manually using their OSD and control buttons.
Which model of indoor and outdoor did you go with? My research into multi split suggest that going with multiple mini splits is more efficient. There is also a concern that multi split is not eligible for IRA tax credit

Even if Zillow does, they still take a 12% fee. When I was selling my house a year ago in Texas, Zillow's offer is both lower than comp in the area AND has a hidden 12% fee. Did you know they also charge YOU the repair fee?
I had a chance to talk to an inspector who looked at my place who has previously worked with Zillow to inspect houses that they were buying. The gist is that Zillow are getting the worst houses (the ones with trash everywhere, burnt carpet, feces on the wall). For them to get a "normal" house is very rare. Nobody with a normal house (and better) under normal condition (and better) will sell to Zillow. You can get a 1%+3% fee full service (pro pix, pro staging, pro cleaning, ...) any day of the week and still sell your house in mere weeks. I was not even in Austin. I guess if you don't care about making tens of thousands in a month (or hundreds of thousands in nicer cities), then you have bigger things to worry about.
Zillow's offer was already higher than OfferPad and other iBuyer's services. After my experience on the sell side with Zillow, I am incredibly wary of ALL iBuyers on the buy side.
