3G is unusable with iOS4 for me too. Only way to keep using it is to close all open Safari tabs and occasionally do the following: hold sleep button until power off screen (swipe) then hold home button until home screen returns.
I'm finding it slow. I'll be rolling back to 3.1.2 Jailbroken with Backgrounder. At least with Backgrounder you could kill Mail, Safari etc easily if the system was running slowly or you needed extra to play a heavy game (eg. Worms)
I'd second Thailand. Head either to Ko Pha Ngan on the east coast or Ko Phi Phi on the west. Don't book anything. Take only a backpack. Amazing food. Amazing people. Not remotely like the sleazy parts further north.

Eh? So when you say "parity" you actually mean they've got heaps of features that you don't?
My advice would be to look at the niche that they're trying to serve and attack it from another angle. They're a "everyone can use it to get paid" company, maybe you should focus even more specfically on shopkeepers or tradesmen?
We have a distributed team (UK & NZ) so are rarely working at the same hours. Wave is useful for brainstorming complicated processes.
We use one Wave per issue (requirement/feature/etc). The top of the Wave we try to keep current with everything that we have discussed - so the first post in the Wave is sort of like a Wiki, while the rest is the discussion that goes into the creation of that post. This means we can come back at a later date and see how we arrived at the decision(s).
Once we are happy with how the issue has been resolved we then transfer it into JIRA. We could use the JIRA Wave robot but our current approach is fine for now.
