There's really nothing we can do about prion diseases, can we? What does the FDA (or any other regulatory or research institution) even have in the way of prion detection?
That seems like a much more diplomatic (and work-appropriate) way of framing it rather than just saying "hey, if I don't hear from you by x date i'm gonna do something"
I absolutely love and appreciate folks that push tech boundaries in gaming, but I absolutely agree - let's not lose sight of the reason why we make and play games!
I do feel a little bit sad that Saab's Gripen wasn't chosen - it seems to do well in adverse conflict conditions (takeoff/landing from public roads, etc.). The adoption of the F-35 instead of the Gripen also shifts their military doctrine a bit.
I have a whole army of Google Homes, and not one has bricked or had any problems. However, at their price point (bought the Home for $100, Home Minis were mostly free or $20) I wouldn't mind shelling out for a replacement. Considering the starting price of the HomePod, it's nuts that Apple would charge that much to fix (for something that was their issue no less).
Do you happen to have the source? I always thought that the destination of the commodities stayed constant, and that it was the burden of the final buyer/commodity holder to organize shipping logistics once it arrived at port.
