The fractional reserve system is rigged in the sense that to use it you must borrow at interest where the interest can not be paid back resulting in assets transferred to the creators of the currency. Bitcoin does not have this property. In my opinion the system of Bitcoin isn't rewarding certain people over others, that is a property of the market.
I like the idea. I'm also wondering about the notion of deprecating laws that no longer function as they did when introduced or don't address the issue it was intended for.
Just a little background, this is an FTP client that is very simple, caches content for fast response and syncs files locally for backup. It's windows only and is an experiment for me to test the market for interest. I'd be happy to hear any feedback. Thanks!
