It's a cool concept. I do think the physics do need a bit more work though. Usually with latte art the way you hold the cup and where you enter the milk plays a large role in the final outcome. So the 2D variant can't really capture that.
But I still like how the milk flows and I love seeing projects like these on the internet.
The only comment I do have is that I find it very hard to turn some of the dials. It appears as if my mouse action isn't registering properly.
