CSS is the most intriguing I think, why the sudden peak since 2013? I would have guessed that we're writing less and less CSS these days with tools like preprocessors and autoprefixers.

Sweet! I had the same idea recently based only on incremental values. I'm trying to quit smoking but I still cheat from time to time (I know, this is bad.) and I wanted to be able to track my progress.
So, as a fellow hobbyist with 12 free dynos running on Heroku with custom domains, I clearly don't want to pay $84 a month for apps that aren't meant to generate revenue.
It is a sad day.
Where are you moving your side projects?
EDIT: I'm asking since I have no idea where I should go next. Heroku was a blessing.

This is located in « The Meh » section. IMHO, it should be in the « The Good ». Using the official spec instead of reinventing the wheel is always a good move.
