Interesting. Given that OpenAI and Anthropic are steadily moving down the stack (e.g. remote execution, Codex desktop, Claude Code integrations), how do you think about defensibility? Do you expect the labs to eventually offer a cloud-native ADE themselves, and if so, what advantage do you think an independent platform retains?
Also, do you see Boxes supporting OpenCode and self-hosted/local models in the future? If the rented machines have enough RAM and GPU access, it seems like there could be an interesting path toward a model-agnostic platform rather than being tied to the frontier labs.
I’m Luciano, the co-founder and CTO of ScopeAI (https://www.getscopeai.com/). We’ve built a product that helps teams track and prioritize bugs and feature requests being reported through user feedback.
Support, sales or marketing teams report countless bugs and feature requests they’re hearing them from users to product teams. But as a PM or engineer, you need context - you need to know who’s reaching out, what they’re saying and how many people are affected.
ScopeAI makes that easier by using NLP to find all the conversations related to a bug or feature request once it’s been added by someone on your team.
Congrats to Segment! We (ScopeAI) got a chance to work with Calvin and the team to build an integration. The processes couldn't have been clearer and the value add for our customer is huge!
I agree so much that I built an entire company around it.
The insight and nuance that comes from reading support conversations is second to none but more importantly emphasizing with your user enables you to focus more on building intuitive products.
Pretty surprised how much Equifax spent trying to win this case. I'm sure they're doing it to dissuade others from suing them as well but after reading this I really want to sue myself. I wonder if they'll appeal the verdict again.

We analyze customer conversations using NLP to find insights that help businesses make better decisions.
For example, quantifying for a cruise ship company how many complaints are about a certain ship's bathroom sizes or how much praise they are getting about that new pool they installed said ship.
You would be joining a small, well-funded team; happy to share more in private. You will also have a ton of ownership and autonomy within the company!
NLP Engineer will ideally have 2+ years of experience with NLP
Backend Engineer ideally has some data science/statistics background.
I hope NSA is doing the same with Russian Cyber Defense systems. This is what NSA should be focused on and not on turning its eavesdropping capabilities towards the homeland.
What if an adversary where to hack the NSA warehouses were all communications swept up by their eavesdropping efforts are stored?
Generally homogeneity in language works better for the analysis (accuracy is higher) but we do capture tickets with some mixed languages. In this case, we mark the non-english word as an irrelevant entity instead of translating. Spanish support however is next on our roadmap of languages to support!
