After spend 10 mins reading, I still dont understand why do people have to put political hats on to a search engine.

Search engine dont (or at least shouldn't) have an opinion of presenting information.

Having said that, questions like "Holocaust or not" should be dependent on the source of opinionated information provider. Futhermore, if you think the other party provide misleading information, counter it with your views. After all, all the information should be gathered/filtered/valued under same rules.

I would like to work for a leader like that.

In that way, I would rather stay there as savy engineer for as long as it holds.

What impresses me the most are,

8. When you need a bad guy/gal, you're it. 9. When you need a good guy/gal, your people are it.

It is natural for good leader to think for engineers. But also thinking in the position of users/productivities wise is important.

Not only similar, Gimli Glider was glided 50 kilometres for about 17 mins.

But Air Transat FLight 236 was glided 120 kms for 20 mins, which is the world record for gliding in Civil aviation.
