I am being harassed by a stalker (Mr. Travis Wichert) who is an employee of Liquidweb.com webhosting ; and he is parking his defamatory, libelous webpage with its bizarre, childish and unfounded accusations against me on the Liquidweb servers! He is harassing me from the Liquidweb offices! I have made Liquidweb staff aware of this situation, and they refuse to take action. I am now harassed by an entire hosting company!

As some of you might already know or might have heard, Ben Dewalt of the project Terrorfakt, one of my good friends and colleagues has been under an extremely nasty and unjustified attack and harassment campaign by Rachel Haywire of “Experiment Haywire”. She has been posting all over the Internet for quite some time with lies and extremely slanderous and false accusations claiming that Terrorfakt is a nazi/white power band and that Ben is a “Neo-Nazi”. There are a few folks out there that have taken her insane and ridiculous lies hook, line and sinker, without actually knowing or learning anything about Ben or Terrorfakt.

As a Hispanic and someone that has worked with Ben both in the studio and on the field for some 6 years now, you should ALL KNOW that nothing could be further from the truth. I’m making a public statement on this to educate any and all listeners and followers of my own music that might actually believe what that disturbed individual is saying. What most folks don’t know or realize, not that it really made any importance back then but clearly does now, is that during the US Manufactura / Terrorfakt tour in 2004 not only were there various members of our bands from various nationalities and races but various religious backgrounds as well. Our own road crew, security and merch personnel included Jewish members. I being Hispanic, along with long time collaborator Dre Robinson who is African American have performed numerous times with Ben as Terrorfakt. Ben himself has performed as a member of Manufactura on multiple occasions. We have performed and played for a wide variety of multicultural audiences through out North America including Mexico.

As Ben is a very direct and forward person that says what he means and doesn’t like to deal with unnecessary bullshit from anyone it is clear to me that the real issue “Rachel Haywire” has is a personal one, clearly she is a prime example of not taking rejection well. Her accusations have no merit whatsoever and in fact are erroneous and I believe abusive harassment, slander, libel and defamation. Ben has stated that he will be seeking legal action to stop this once and for all. I for one I’m 100% in support of this and I urge all of you to be extremely weary about any of her future statements or comments regarding this matter.

actually 5 people made those comments, and 1/4 were from Rachel and 1/3 were from her boyfriend David "Lefty" Schlesinger attacking the remaining 1/6 by someone trying merely to point out that Rachel failed to produce the goal of her last KS, for which she got $3,000.00. 3k to do nothing. that is fraud. there were a couple of random trolls also posting. Most of it was Schlesinger, really thumping his chest and chimping out, as usual.

and, hopefully, finally... a last bit of clarification : approximately 1/3 of these infamous and now deleted "300 comments" to "Marone's" KS were actually made by David "Lefty" Schlesinger aka 'stonemirror', and are substantially identical to those you read in this comment thread. "Marone" and Schlesinger have an allegedly intimate relationship that also involves heavy financial support of "Marone" by Schlesinger, who is quite wealthy ie he is her 'sugar daddy.'

She did feed the troll on her kickstarter, it is their service to ban her from for TOS violations. Seeking sympathy as a means of promotion feels almost as underhanded and sleazy as "stalking" someone. Can the term stalker aptly be applied or is this just a case of on-line harassment? The use of the word may give incorrect context to what is occurring here. Is there such a thing as "cyber-stalking" - if so, we should differentiate between the two in cases like these. Open Letter to Reverend Anne L. Schlesinger of LeGrand Methodist Church

Dear Reverend Anne Schlesinger:

This is a difficult matter to bring to your attention. But I do not believe that your husband David N. “Lefty” Schlesinger has made you aware of certain illegal and immoral activities that he is engaging in regards to his pornographic and harassment/stalking websites. I do not know if you are even aware of Lefty’s 16 year career of stalking and harassment, which seems to have begun with his menacing threats and extortion demands on the Waldorf school teacher Kathy Sutphen. I doubt someone of your position in the Church could be aware of such horrendous activities and not stop them immediately and by any means. Currently, Lefty under the name ‘stonemirror’ and in his own civil name is harassing several parties unrelated to me. This in addition to Lefty even of this morning contacting some friends of mine I haven’t even talked to in months and harassing them. Worst of all, Lefty has decided to increase his harassment of my person by purchasing from my ex- partner several home made pornographic photographs over ten years old which he has now illegally published on one of his many harassment websites, http://www.extinct-marsupial.org . Here is a link to the photo in question, one of many:

This material was never public in any way until your husband David “Lefty” Schlesinger made it public in order to harm and stalk my family. This not only illegal harassment and cyberstalking on Lefty’s part, it is civil court actionable on several counts including willful invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress. If you can stop your husband Lefty, perhaps we can avoid involving the police and/or civil attorneys in this matter. David needs your help, his actions are not those of a sane and sober man.

The following WHOIS link has your and David’s home address on it, 499 Balch Way, Ben Lomond, CA. This proves that the site extinct- marsupial.org is the creation of Lefty and Lefty only. Open Letter to Reverend Anne L. Schlesinger of LeGrand Methodist Church

Dear Reverend Anne Schlesinger:

This is a difficult matter to bring to your attention. But I do not believe that your husband David N. “Lefty” Schlesinger has made you aware of certain illegal and immoral activities that he is engaging in regards to his pornographic and harassment/stalking websites. I do not know if you are even aware of Lefty’s 16 year career of stalking and harassment, which seems to have begun with his menacing threats and extortion demands on the Waldorf school teacher Kathy Sutphen. I doubt someone of your position in the Church could be aware of such horrendous activities and not stop them immediately and by any means. Currently, Lefty under the name ‘stonemirror’ and in his own civil name is harassing several parties unrelated to me. This in addition to Lefty even of this morning contacting some friends of mine I haven’t even talked to in months and harassing them. Worst of all, Lefty has decided to increase his harassment of my person by purchasing from my ex- partner several home made pornographic photographs over ten years old which he has now illegally published on one of his many harassment websites, http://www.extinct-marsupial.org . Here is a link to the photo in question, one of many:

This material was never public in any way until your husband David “Lefty” Schlesinger made it public in order to harm and stalk my family. This not only illegal harassment and cyberstalking on Lefty’s part, it is civil court actionable on several counts including willful invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress. If you can stop your husband Lefty, perhaps we can avoid involving the police and/or civil attorneys in this matter. David needs your help, his actions are not those of a sane and sober man.
