For growth FB, Google, Whatsapp and Pinterest, did you find there was one primary method of growth they all used? (that's also applicable to founders of the new tech companies)

everyone mentioned in the article is doing great work in Colombia. juan pablo, the author, has been really important to the developer movement (from another entrepreneur's perspective from medellin)
it's great to see indie.vc and its new approach to investments in companies; i think the challenge is that most vc models are based on a power-law (and i'm not yet sure how that fits with indie.vc's model)
