I think you're somewhat missing the point of the post.
I think the term hacker is very appropriate in this case. Growth hacking requires constant experimentation and a deep technical skill set (both of which are key to a "hacker"). Finally, from what I gather the term today is deliberately used to distinguish the discipline from more traditional online marketing.
This reflects pretty poorly on a country and government which supposedly is trying to shift from a "get stuff out the ground and sell it" to a knowledge economy...
Not sure what you're seeing but I can't reproduce the problem. I've checked both the links to my site and giggedin (which I link out to from the blog post) and they both seem fine. Giggedin is just a Launchrock page.
