Interesting to me is how much of a non-story this is. Years ago a large company committing to installing thousands of chargers might be exciting. Now it’s just like “sure, makes sense”.
They don’t really get to “refuse”. You just tell them “such and such happened” and you get a case number and (generally) nothing happens. I’ve done it several times, and nothing ever happened, but the case was indeed “filed”.
(They will happily and helpfully suggest that a report isn’t necessary and probably you don’t want to file one anyway. They are human, and lazy.)
What even do you mean by “tech”? Tech has no humility? Nonsense.
Nobody has humility. Everyone trying to build a business fakes it. Your HVAC guy is highly likely to be a bozo (and overcharging besides). This isn’t “bad” it just is.
